The evidence worksheet
The homepage worksheet runs in your browser. The offer name, checkboxes and notes you enter are not sent to us or stored by this site. You can download a plain-text copy to your own device. The draft disappears when you close or reload the page. Do not enter passwords, account numbers or payment-card details.
Data generated by a visit
When you request a page, our hosting provider and Cloudflare can receive your IP address, requested path, time, browser details and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Server access and error logs may record these requests. We do not run an advertising pixel, behavioural analytics script, newsletter form or user account.
Email and retention
If you email us, we receive the address and content you provide so we can respond. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations. Infrastructure providers apply their own retention policies; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not sell reader profiles.
